Deborah Harquail is fifth born of ten children to Gerald Harquail and Jessie Arseneau (lt). On December 15, 1957 at St Joseph Hospital in Hamilton Ontario, Canada. Her life journey began with no food or clothing waiting at home for her . When hospital Social Workers learned this ,they attempted to take charge of the her. Deborah”s mother said there was a lump on her neck when the nurse brought Deborah to her for the first time and when her Mother questioned the nurse, she told the Mother that it was nothing to worry about and would go away. This seems an unusual thing to say but Deborah”s Mother was very oppressed and non-assertive.
Deborah now believes that she was injected at birth to become a “Non-Consenting Human Experiment’ and has since been injected with further Biomedical Technology that is used to monitored, tortured remotely and controlled Deborah like a “Guinea Pig” tittle of a book authored by “Dr. John Hall .
Deborah was exposed to Ritual Abuse at the St. Joseph Hospital in Dalhousie NB, Canada at about the age of five years old while a patient in Paediatrics along with several other victim children about the same age as she or under the same age. Also abused at home and in the community had a profound negative impact on Deborah all her life journey as it caused her to become confused, lost – a wandering spirit and more abuse to herself and others; abused and broken she was dysfunctional while trying to live a normal life that was never known.
She sought self healing through counselling, sacred First Nation Ceremonies, Native Medicine People, Secular Counsellors, Church Leaders, the teachings of Jesus Christ, Addiction Centres, Social Service Agents, friends, people on the street, anyone who would or could help. Praise Yaway.
During Deborah”s journey she has suffered extreme physical, mental and sexual abuse at the hands of those who are supposed to love and protect you and she too for a short time became abusive to others and to herself. Healing is bittersweet and has been a journey that may also help others to heal and to believe that there is a higher power, the Creator,Yaway and by many other names worthy for the Almighty Father.
As she aged, became educated and after falling down many times and getting back up Deborah became a Targeted Individual who is under 24/7 surveillance, stalking, harassment, home invasions theft, libel and Electronic Torture by a Fascist Government who is responsible of the untimely, systemic death of her younger sister, Leona Harquail, Coroner Inquest, 2008 in Campbellton NB.
This blog will be to honour the remainder of the life of this woman who continues to seek to criminalise and stop the torture of innocent Canadians who are targeted to be used like nothing more than a product for consumption to be tested like a guinea pig to no end, for the good the whole. k
